I do NOT recommend Dr. Yang.
His facilities are insufficient.
His communication with patients is non-existent.
When I first saw Dr. Yang, I had not seen a dentist in over 4 years. I told him this and told him that I was concerned about cavities. However, he still did not take x-rays at my first visit. That should have been the first warning sign--how could he have sufficiently checked for cavities without an x-ray? Anyway, when I later asked him to refer me to an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth, he did so without actually examining my wisdom teeth at all. I thought this was odd, but since I got my referral, I let it slide and had x-rays taken at the oral surgeon's office. I have since found out that the reason he did not do an x-ray is because he does not have an x-ray machine in his office. Like I said, how does he expect to find and treat his patients' cavities without the necessary equipment?
On top of the fact that his office is not adequately equipped, his chair-side manner is about as warm and comforting as an ice-cube. Needless to say I will not be returning.
