The receptionist was super nice and called my insurance for me, filled out my claims forms, and explained my benefits to me (I have a new insurance). The woman who made my x-rays was also really nice and made me feel less nervous about the visit. Dr Karagholi was equally nice, and really careful when he was performing my treatment.
