Dr. Daniel Ponce should work with robots, not kids. He doesn't have the patience and care for kids. He wants kids sedated, even for minor repairs, so that he could be done with it fast, get his pay and move onto the next. If you do not want to take his advice, get ready for his ego and lectures. That's what happened to us when my son had some minor fillings by him. Not wanting to have my son sedated, I made compromises to pay more for white filling so that even local anesthesia was not required. My son had done a good job staying still for him, but just made a few Ah's when the doctor was working on his teeth. The doctor told my son to stop making noises, he could not continue like this and could not guarantee quality for his work.
My son answered his questions with nods and hums, not with yes or no as he wanted, he threw a lecture on us stating how important communication was. I wonder what he expected if he kept scolding a kid for not cooperating, even when he was trying.
Why does Dr. Ponce call himself a 'pediatric' dentist. Shouldn't that be somebody with patience, understanding and basic knowledge of child psychology? Or should that be somebody like Dr. Ponce who just wants to drill holes and fill them up.
