"Dr." Lanza gave me a good number of root canals and caps about 3 years ago. I was turned off by what I thought was a lack of professionalism in his office. The doctor played very aggressive hip-hop music during my procedure, while he and his assistant laughed and gossiped and used my torso as a table for their instruments. They had already started work, and I wasn't about to find a new dentist in the middle of it all. Anyway, over the intervening 3 years, 3 other dentists have examined me and commented on the shoddy work that "Dr." Lanza had done. 3 separate dentists have said that his incompetence has caused infection, tooth degeneration and general complications that will require lots of extra work on my teeth. I've lost one tooth so far because of his bad work, and I'm just starting to repair what he did. So my advice is stay away from this guy.
