At my second visit to Dr. Daniel's office, he said that I need deep cleaning, so he gave me a referral to another dentist. When I asked him to do my regular cleaning while I'm sitting at the chair, he said that it would be unnecessary and he didn't clean my teeth.
Later, when I reviewed my dental claim, I realized that he charged my insurance company for the cleaning. I think that was very unethical. I contacted my insurance company and informed them about the situation.
