Dr. Newcomb is a godsend. I needed an emergency root canal on a Friday afternoon and my dentist referred me to Clear Creek, who had a cancellation and were able to fit me in. I've never had a root canal before but was in excruciating pain so I didn't care what they had to do to stop it. I mean, it was unbearable (and I'm no wimp). Once we determined which tooth was causing the pain, Dr. Newcomb numbed me up right away so that I wasn't in pain any more and performed the root canal in less than an hour. Once the numbness wore off, I had absolutely ZERO pain. None. I've always heard that root canals are horrible but I think they're amazing! The procedure itself was easy, I didn't feel a thing. I honestly think getting a filling is more annoying than this root canal was.
