During a recent cleaning, Dr Friedmans staff broke my permanent retainers. Dr. Friedman came in, examined, and simply blamed it on the fact that my permanent retainers were going to break anyway. Despite the fact that I told him what it would cost me to replace them, he never offered to pay for them nor take accountability. A simple ‘I’m sorry but they were going to break anyway’ is not enough, especially when I’ve been a client for years. Where are the ethics?
