We started going to him because he advertised Saturday hours. Unfortunately, at that time, he was only seeing older children on Saturdays so we did not get to take advantage of that after all. His staff strongly suggested a visit a week ahead of our exam appointment so that my 3 year-old daughter could see the exam room, touch the electric toothbrush and get a kit of help her practice some of the things to happen before coming back for our appointment.
He did work well and patiently with my 3 year old who was not very cooperative at all.
His waiting area has toys and books to play with, but the waiting room, exam rooms and bathroom are very small so it was difficult to bring a younger sibling in a stroller.
