I am a 59 yr old male and went to Philbin because my front upper tooth had a hairline crack 1/4 the way down from the edge. He ground it down without any discussion before or after.
Now visibly shorter, he left it. i want back to discuss vaneers. He recommended Invisalign to straighten first, taking 18 months and over $6500 (1/2 upfront). After the first 4 of 26 retainers, it was determined they were not right. Another impression was made. new set came in wrong (actually made my teeth worse). i complained, repeatedly. he did nothing except to ask for more payments. he is a money only Dr. who only cares about the money and could care less about patients
