I rarely write online reviews, but I have been very impressed with Dr. Shin and her entire team so I am taking the time to write this. In addition to excellent quality of work, she is also very caring of her patients and takes a significant amount of time to explain pros/cons of the procedures and what is going on with the specific issue. At other dentists, there is sometimes the feeling like you are just one of several patients in the office that the dentist is trying to rotate through in order to maximize profits. At Dr. Shin's office, you never get that feeling. In addition, they are very flexible with scheduling.
