I had a great experience with Dr. Nikaeen's office. The only thing I wish I knew before starting treatment was that it was possible that the midline would not shift all the way however I am still really happy with the results. It is still drastically better than it was before and I am 30 years old so it had shifted a lot over the years before I went in to Nikaeen's office. It was always easy to reach someone at the office and schedule/ reschedule appointments. Easy to get receipts for FSA reimbursement as well. Financial obligations were clear to understand and their office was upfront about the financial expectations from me and my insurance company. Nikaeen is smart and a perfectionist which is exactly what you want in an orthodontist. All of the technicians in the office were wonderful to work with. You do spend a lot of times with the technicians but they were all patient, caring, gentle and knowledgeable. Throughout treatment she tried a number of different ways to get my midline to shift and although they did, they did not shift all the way which is the only reason why treatment success rating is good rather than 'complete success'. Overall I feel great about the results, my teeth, my smile and the work that was done.
