Dr Starr is one of the nicest dentist, UNTIL you disagree with her or question her. She is very unprofessional.
Elaine (her receptionist) has No people skills and rude, is an understatement in describing her.
To date we have given this dentist $10,000 in cash (beside what the insurance co. has given) and she still can't manage to get the work done right. INVISALIGN. The end result of what cost over 6 Thousand dollars was HORRIBLE and she wasn't going to back up the work, which is 100% guaranteed.
I had to call Invisalign themselves (in Costa Rica) 6 times to get her to respond to us and back up her work.
She had to do the job all over for no cost but still hasn't finished and is trying to charge us AGAIN for retainers already bought and paid for.
I wouldn't recommend this Doctor to ANYONE. Stay away or just drive down the road and throw your money out the window.
