I initially visited Dr. Mastis for a bump in my upper gum area. With her laser equipment, she cut it open and cleaned out the infected area. Within an hour I was eating soup and a sandwich. With any other dentist I would have had stitches and been on a liquid diet for a few days. This was my first experience with laser and I would do it again. No pain and quick recovery period. I believe do to the use of the laser my treatment was less expensive than had I gone to another dentist and had this treated the old fashioned way, and then have to go back for a follow up visit to have stitches removed and looked at.
I have since come to Dr. Mastis for routine cleanings. When I needed dental implants in my front teeth, she recommended me to a dentist in my area as I live in Phoenix. She could have done the procedure, but if I had any problems, I would have to get on a plane and fly to Detroit. We travel back east every summer and I make it a point to stop in for a checkup.
I have recommended Dr. Mastis too many of my friends that live in the area and would highly recommend her and her staff to you.
