My comfort level with Dr. Fallah and his staff was high from my very first encounter with them. The first consultation with Dr. Fallah sealed the deal. I knew this doctor understood what needed to be done and was able to explain it in terms that made sense to me. I never felt pressured into making any quick decisions, but rather found a doctor and staff ready to do what they could to care for me and have my best interests in the foreground.
My trust in Dr. Fallah was proven to be valid as his treatment improved my condition considerably. The surprise was the bonus of finding every visit to be pleasant. The friendly and competent staff seemed to work in unison making, I am sure, each patient feel as special as they did me.
The end result for me was knowing the care and treatment I received was what I needed to have done. All work was approached in a professional manner and I feel just in saying I don’t think anyone could have done a better job. My confidence level in Dr. Fallah was strengthened by the staff who supported his efforts.
The best I can say is that I would not hesitate to do business with Dr. Fallah again and to recommend him to my family and friends.
