Jan is a true professional. He really wants you to understand all of your options and always takes the time necessary to make one confident in his care.
Usually it takes a few days to get in to see the doc (unless it's an emergency); but once there I found Jan's work to be highly personalized and of superior quality.
Yes, Jan's prices are on the higher side of average but as the old saying goes: you only get what you pay for. I might also add that there truly is something to be said for getting something done right the first time.
