Dr. Smith does an effective job on his patients, but if you are sensitive and you are looking for an extremely nice and overly friendly dentist, he may not fit that bill. I would not take my child to him for the first visit as I do not feel he is sensitive enough. The waiting room has an elegant fish tank, but the rooms are average for dental offices and the staff is average. As of 2005, he was on the Cigna directory accepting new patients.
