I have been with Dr. Caughey for the 5 years I've been in Atlanta, and have had nothing but very positive experiences with both her and all of her employees. The new offices (2005) are immaculate, and she has state-of-the-art equipment and procedures.
There's no doubt that she's the best dentist I've ever had. If you're in Atlanta, I highly recommend that you give her a try.
