BE CAREFUL and proceed with caution if you choose this office. 3 of the 4 in our family visited the dentist. This practice used a "Bait and Switch" method, offering services then changing the pricing and required treatment during the process, and adding billings AFTER the treatment was complete!! We had trouble from the office manager to the receptionist, and most importantly from the dentist. They even refused to do cleanings until we agreed to pay for excess items, such as peridontal work (we refused, and had no problem getting our teeth cleaned elsewhere). Also, there was an offer for a "special" for the whitening program, and they refused to honor it when their card (received in the mail) was presented in advance of the cleanings! Also, they refused to accept the contract payment for the 1 person who did have a cleaning, and harassed us for additional payments billed after the procedure but never disclosed or listed on the receipt.
