I went to Dr. McNamara for a tooth extraction and dental implant, it was very expensive and he made sure he got his money without concern for me (his patient), first was the tooth extraction which was very painful and when I told the doctor I was in extreme pain he simply replied "there is nothing I can do" in a very rude manner, he was very hard to get ahold of, i thought I may have had a dry socket to which he replied with the same "there is nothing I can do for you" his office is very nice but his chair-side manner is very rude and he seems to look for ways to charge you more money. I would never recommend Dr. Mcnamara to anyone, i would suggest finding a periodontist with who seems to care rather than getting his money, make your own decisions on a periodontist and for youe dental implants but please think twice before using him, do not go through what i had to.
About Hygienist: His hygientist are very nice and so is his staff, the doctor is the the problem
