Dr. Adams is a very good dentist who removed my mercury fillings. However, he has apparently sold his practice and is semi-retired, so I am looking for a new dentist as I want a full-time dentist who is closer to my home. The problems regarding customer service and stress and anxiety have to do with his not being in the office when I need him and his staff taking X-rays which I really didn't want to have done with him out of the office. They also could not find the record that I had an appointment after I drove for over an hour to see him and also could not find the record of my previous appointment.
