The office staff was very helpful in assisting me with financial arrangments. After my insurance denied approval, I was pleased with the payment plan options available at the office. I thought Dr Hall was knowledgable and caring, a very likeable person. His assistant was great and made me feel comfortable. The nurse in the office must know a thing or two about stress reduction because she always has all these nice aroma smells going on, and some wonderful background music. My only complaint is that the music needed to be turned up just a tad louder. I had to strain to hear it. I love my dental implants. They look great. I was given a bleaching tray to whiten my other teeth and was surprised that it really does work. Great! I'm happy.
