I had been a very happy patient of Dr. Benson's and then Dr. Quesada took over his practice. Up until Dr. Quesada did my porcelien veneers, I was OK with his service. He is personable, and friendly. But I paid a lot of money for several veneers that kept popping out of my mouth, causing me to have to return countless times. When one popped out two years later, he refused to do anything about it, saying I would have to pay the full cost of the appointment. And then my husband was misinformed about the cost of a particular service and when we called to question the charge, the receptionist, Angie, was very defensive about it, kept talking over me, and even began yelling! (This never happened to me before). Listen, we all have bad days, but when I brought this to the attention of Dr. Quesada, he did nothing to recify the situation. I have not seen him since 2007 when he refused to replace my veneer, but felt compelled to balance out these reviews with another firsthand perspective. I rely on reviews to make decisions, so I feel I should share as well.
