I was not even a patient of Dr. Monokian's, but after a local periodontist left my daughter with an emergency, the doctor's receptionist actually found us a place that could deal with the emergency immediately, as soon as we could drive there, and he was first-class and undid the damage done.
I am switching my entire family to Dr. Monokian's practice immediately, since anyone with a receptionist who is that caring, and that efficient, is doing something very right.
