the dentist is not very personable. also had to redo work less than a year after it was completed (at least he did not charge for the re-work). front desk is unorganized. i had to make calls to insurer to confirm that they were trying to overcharge me on the copay. when i alerted them to the error they told me that THEY TOLD ME TO CALL AND CONFIRM THE COPAY because they were not sure what it should be (funny that the error was in their favor, huh?).
