I just moved to Los Angeles and I went in for a routine cleaning with the hygenist and was not told that the dentist was not in at that time and I would need to come back at a later date to see the dentist. When I did, I was kept waiting for 45 minutes... during which time I could overhear Dr. Schneider with another patient whom he was trying to convince to have a cosmetic procedure. When he came in, he did not introduce himself had me open my mouth and then proceeded to attempt to numb a tooth. When I asked him what he thought he was doing, he said he was removing a filling. I was so put off by his demeanor and presumptuous behaviour that I walked out.
