While there is nothing to complain about regarding Dr. Shell's bedside manner as an Endodontist (he did a fine job with my root canal), given a combination of extremely poor customer service (both on the part of the doctor. as well as the front office staff) and a lack of poor patient communication, I strongly recommend that you seek treatment elsewhere.
