Regular teeth cleanings went okay and weren't really painless.
Chair-side manners are not very good. English was not his 1st language and the treatment options were really only discussed in depth after the procedure began! (in this case, a tooth with a broken cusp was being crowned).
My expectations were not managed very well at all (no discussion as to merits of metal/porcelain crowns).
After having paid $850 to get the "permanent" gold crown fell out 8 only days later.
I went to completely new dentist for help!
