The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and patient. I have a relatively unknown insurance company - they were more than happy to accept it and have taken care of all billing. I have had many dental issues over the last year including severe gingivitis and grinding my teeth. After working with Dr. Balshaw and staff, I'm happy to say that both issues have been resolved. When making a mouth guard they insisted on getting it right and worked with me until it was (a previous dentist messed up and refused to make a new, correct one for me) - the end result was a mouth guard that fits perfect. I would recommend them without a second thought both for complicated procedures as well as routine check-ups.
