Finding Dr. Shen-Garnett is like winning the lottery. She's Stanford and Harvard educated, worked on Park Ave in New York City, and now has landed here to save all of us with crooked teeth! She solves conditions that perplex other doctors, she is kind, patient, gentle, funny, brilliant, and her office is nicer than most spas. Her treatment chairs are butter leather, she gives you a goodie gift of cleaning supplies when you leave, and the kids have internet access for games. Best of all is that she's new to the area and doesn't have a bulging clientel list. Dr. Shen-Garnett actually spends time talking with you and explaining your condition and required procedure. She doesn't have five other children sitting around a turnstyle shaped office all waiting to be worked on - at least not yet! Get in while you can, while making an appointment is EASY! My son needed to expand his palate (rather than extract teeth), and I was so impressed with Dr. Shen-Garnett that I got my Invisalign braces with her. My 6 yr old daughter can't wait to get her "expander" with Dr. Shen-Garnett! And don't forget to talk to Julie at the front desk - she makes the whole scheduling experience easy and enjoyable. This is an all-around fabulous find!
