This is the worst experience in my life. The customer serivce is extremely poor.
The doctor is not responsible for her suggestions and said it's all patient's own responsibilities. The person answered the phone was so arrogant. It cannot even be considered "service". People in the government has better attitude than she.
Any general dentist should not refer his/her patients to this specialist, or you will lose your patients too. It was a total nighmare!!
