Dr Freedman takes the time to get to know each of her patients personally. She informs you of the latest developments in dentistry wether it is purely cosmetic or medically needed, but never pushes something on a patient just to make a buck. I have never had issues with insurance or billing. I like the set-up of one side of the office for signing in and the other side for checking out and making furture appointments. I am amazed that for only seeing a doctor 2 x a year that the staff recognize you on the phone and in person immediately.

About Hygienist: The hygientist in the office take the time to educate and are very sensitive to the patients needs regarding pain while cleaning. They are also sensitive to busy lives of patients and works with them on how fast they can do a thorough cleaning sometimes pulling in another hygentist to assist and make it a quicker stay.
