I was referred to Dr. Smith by my dentist for both dental implants and esthetic gum surgery. From the first time I vistited his office until the completion of my treatment, I have never been treated with more professionalism, compassion and respect by any other health provider. The ladies in his front office are very courteous. I had several insurance questions and they were able to answer all of my concerns. Also, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes at any of my visits before his assistant would bring me back to the treatment room. My case was very complex. I needed pretty extensive bone grafting involving my sinuses before I could get my implants. My gums were also very receeded in the upper front. I must say that I am litterally shocked how great everything turned out. Dr. Smith was wonderfull!!! He is so kind and caring for his patients. He really takes time to explain the treatment in great detail. He is also so cheerful! And I could'nt believe it when he actually called me the night of the surgeries to see how I was doing. How many doctors do that now? I must admit the treatment was expensive, but I was a tough case. I would definately recommend Dr. Smith to anyone, especially if implants are involved. A+!
