Prompt, friendly, professional...comfortable. I did not have good experiences as a child in the dental chair and had put off seeing the dentist as an adult because of the trauma. Dr. Vetter and her staff were very sympathetic and helped me to trust them by going slow and letting me have little breaks as I needed with my fillings. I wish I could have had Dr.Vetter as a child because, all my visits have been virtually pain free - which I didn't know was possible in the dental chair. Also, the hygienist used some desensitizer on my teeth before the cleaning and I did not have any pain with the water or air, AMAZING! I highly recommend this office if you have sensitive teeth and are a big chicken like me!
