Dr. Cain is amazing. She has a very laid back style and a gentle touch. She deals well with patients that are less than pleased to be there and even helped me overcome my dental phobia. She is a very comforting presence in a situation that many find unpleasant, also very good about checking the patient's pain level during procedures. I have referred many friends to her and they adore her as well.
Cost is average for the area. Have had rather unpleasant (but bearable) hygienist experiances in this office in the past, but not in the last several years. One person that has worked at the front desk for years has been known to be pushy and even rude at times, but it's worth it to see Dr. Cain.
I would (strongly) suggest staying away from the dentist that shares an office with Dr. Cain. He has been known to be rather rough and I've had some bad experiances with him. A word of caution going in - the front desk *will not* alert you if Dr. Cain happens to not be there the day of your appointment and you will be (if seated for hygiene or something of the like) forced to see the other doctor. Avoid this by ASKING if she's there. Again - it's worth it.
