Dr. Ebner is great, especially if you have kids. The office assistants and calling staff on the other hand can be rude and unsympathetic, especially over the phone. Overall I recommend this dentist but they definitely need to improve on their patient relationship skills if they are going to succeed. My family has been going to this dentist for over ten years. My overall complaint is not about the dentist but on their staff and admin personnel. They need to treat their patients with more respect when it comes to scheduling and be more professional when changes need to be made. The office facility has a good atmosphere and is located in Forest Hill, MD. We appreciate the extra efforts that Dr. Ebner and his family have made to contributions in the local community, especially with the local sports programs. Better customer service is needed to retain their current clientele. If you have to reschedule your appointment for whatever reason (even if it's legitimate) the staff can be unsympathetic and unprofessional, which will leave you with a negative impression about the practice.
