Dr. Vaughan is definitely on the no-frills end. He is pleasant and his staff were helpful about straightening out some insurance and even reducing the cost for some work not covered by insurance. It is also pretty easy to get appointments, and I've never waited more than 30 minutes. On the other hand, one of the two fillings he put in came out in a few months, and he replaced it with some very ugly dark gray stuff.
