I have been a patient of Leong dental since they opened this office in San Francisco in 2005. My company had an office in the same building! It was so convenient and Waymond was always funny and friendly.
Unfortunately today I am discontinuing having my dental services here. I had an emergency appointment for this morning and when I walked in the hygienist immediately started yelling and shaking her finger in my face! She said I was 20 minutes late.
I'm sorry but it was rush hour and I was at their "new" building in Burlingame! it was hard to find! I agree I was late, but I was sorry and I just wanted my tooth looked at.
She went on and on about how this was going to set her back the whole day when I had to interject: I'm not even here for a cleaning. I'm here because my tooth broke!
Both the Hygienists looked at each other surprised and said that they had no idea!
The smaller lady in the office (with the scary tatooed eyebrows) just shook her head and said she could try to take an ex-ray.
Because of their bad attitudes I walked out w/o a service. I will never go back here and do not recommend any one else to either!
The dentist, Waymond, might be a good dentist, but his staff is horrible
