His assistant made my daughter 5 years old feel very relaxed, so it was a good start for me. Cleaning her teeth was fun for her, even if she was a bit nervous. I was surprise though to find out later after a thorough check up by dr Han how extensive the work needs to be done on my daughter's teeth...and how expensive. He was very patient though at explaining options and was not pushy.
