It was more the office than the dentist himself. I made an appointment approx. 3 weeks ago for x-rays and to take care of the "9 cavities" that the doctor "saw" without an x-ray. Went in for my appointment, and they did not have me in the system for an appointment at all. So, now I sit still in a little bit of pain, looking for a new dentist!
