After a couple years without a checkup (and apparantly, too much chocolate) Dr Adame found that I had a "huge" cavity. It was on the edge of requiring a root canal. He explained the pros and cons of filling vs root canal, and let me decide. I choose the filling, which meant a difficult job for him, but 6 months later, everything is fine.
