I will describe this practice in one word - late. I have been there four times and have waited between 20 - 50 minutes PAST my appointment team each and every time. I am in the process of looking for a new dentist. He is competent and friendly, but my time is valuable too, and there are too many good dentists in this areas to put up with this.
