Dr. Clor was not so friendly to answer my questions. It is my first time to see a doctor, so I am anxious about everything and asked several questions. He even said "I am doing your a favor to fix your problem, and I don't need one more patient " when I want to do a quick quotation before the operation.
He also asked me to pay significant amount before my insurance company get into it. The amount is double the amount my wife received from a quotation for her teeth with similar problem. The whole process of reimbursment took very long time-- so far more than 2 months now, still counting, not even sure if I can get my over paid amount back.
