Beware of bait and switch...I made an appointment specifically for a cleaning AND a check-up. I was told as a cash customer if would be close to $300- with a coupon! I thought it was pricey, but I was going on a referral from a friend. A month later I went in for my appointment. I was then told that the initial cost and appointment was only to LOOK at my teeth and do initial x-rays. I would then have to come back on a later date for the cleaning- a different payment, of course. I was shocked and felt very much bait and switched since I specifically told the appointment setter I needed a cleaning. I took time out of my day I had blocked out speciafically to get a cleaning. I told them I had to cancel as this was not what I made an appointment for. I went back to the last dentist I saw who then charged me only $80 for a check-up, cleaning, and x-ray. I was given a discount from the usual $180 since I was a cash paying customer. I can only imagine how much I would have spent at Dr. Sue's if I can actually eventually gotten a cleaning. If you do make an appointment with this doctor, make sure that it is VERY clear what services you will be getting on arrival.
