She is sweet and personable from the start. However, she ruined my front left tooth, which was perfectly healthy and had no problems before she ruined it by accidentally chipping it and providing poor dental work to "fix it" (and charging me for it!). She didn't take any responsibility and blamed the chipped tooth on me (stating I grind my teeth and chipped it that way--I don't grind my teeth!). I asked her to fix the tooth, she only made it shorter and discolorated it (I asked her to add length and specifically stated to not shorten any of my teeth). What is worse, she worsened it a couple of weeks before my wedding,and the poor dental work showed up in all my pictures.
