I love Dr. Michna, however his office staff (other than the hygienists) are not that easy to deal with. We have had numerous billing issues with them and his staff is not very easy to help resolve them. The lastest was a fee for a missed appointment, although we had called to cancell that appointment and they will not reverse the charge and hung up on my husband.
