I agree with the previous post and have the same complaint. It took me two weeks to get someone to just schedule an appointment for my son to be seen. I was told that the person in charge of making the appointments was only there from 8-9 am and 5-6 pm by extension only. When I tried to complain to the office manager she did not care. She made me cry with frustration before she hung up on me. When I went to pick up my x-rays I asked to speak to the dentist himself and was told by same office manager that she had worked as his manager for 31 years and I would not be seeing him. This was after I had paid in cash for a almost 4,000 proceedure which I promptly had them refund. Their complete lack of professionalism and customer service makes it amazing to me that he has business at all. No wonder they are not a part of the Better Business Bureaus. It is also comforting that I am not alone in my experience. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS OFFICE BUSINESS THE STAFF DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! That said the doctor himself was a professional with good customer service. I hope he reads this and takes care of the problem. Every member of the staff I spoke to on the phone was rude. And I agree the office was overcrowded and cramped.
