Receptionist, Roxanne, is awful. She got every appointment wrong (even scheduled me for the wrong month once), and messed up on my billing.
I called about a bill and she flipped out! I'm a very calm person on the phone, but she was literally yelling at me. She wouldn't answer my questions or let me talk. My wife was with me to witness this awful experience.
The dentist took several hours to do a basic filling. He is just a very slow worker.
Don't expect to have more than 30 days to pay a bill while you discuss a billing problem with your insurance. They will send it to a collection agency without notice on the 30th day. Just awful.
