Dr. Tozzer is the best. I have been his patient for the last 16 years and he is our family dentist for at least 12 years. He is very caring individual that why this profession fits him well. His staffs are great, like they say it has to come from the top. His knowledge and his skill are unbelievable. I can not say enogh about Dr. Tozzer....
