About Front Desk: They take more x-rays than the insurance co. will pay for so they submit the claims in 2 stages so they will all get paid - not to mention the radiation! They always put the most expensive treatment option first and if you don't notice that some of it may be "optional" , then it's your fault if you don't notice it and you'll have to pay the more expensive cost. Their billing is very hard to follow (very fuzzy math) and I had to pay my deductible twice and had to ask for it back! The office is drab with old decor and blinds that were there in the 80's and the carpet is very wrinkled in the hall and you have to be careful or you'll trip over it. I spent at least $6,000. which probably should have cost at the most about half that, but I think he didn't want to split the cost with and endo or periodontist by getting it done right - he wanted to do it all himself, at my expense!
