I LOVE Dr. Wake and his staff!! He was recently recommended to me by a good friend. His office is part of a professional building and while it may not be art deco, he does keep up on the lastest treatments and he took his time to do the work carefully. He and his staff were extremely friendly and I didn't feel any pressure to do a lot of extra treatments.
I have been dentist shopping for a while and know what's out there. Dr. Wake was so great that I brought my 2 year old son in for a floride treatment. He really liked the staff and did well and even got a toy at the end of the appointment. I also had a filling done by Dr. Wake several days ago and when I put my tongue over it, I can't tell which is real tooth, versus the filling.
I think his prices for preventative and minor restorative (the work that I had done) seem very fair and on the lower side for dentists in this area.
I've been "dentist shopping" for a while and have been to several in the area with unsatisfactory results. I finally found my long term dentist in Dr. Wake and will continue going to him for a long time. :)
